- Patric Carter is a self-developed artist who lives in Taos, New Mexico. His training as a Navy Seal developed his eye for things out-of-the-ordinary and required great attention to detail, seen clearly in his work today. His fascination with light and shadow brought him to Taos, known for amazing light, where his art emerged.
