- Patric Carter is a self-developed artist who lives in Taos, New Mexico. His training as a Navy Seal developed his eye for things out-of-the-ordinary and required great attention to detail, seen clearly in his work today. His fascination with light and shadow brought him to Taos, known for amazing light, where his art emerged. I LOVE this piece. It looks like two hooded people talking.. I have Adobe Photo Shop. What would be a good program to do digital art, I have never done this before. Do you start with a photo?
